Now there are non-invasive, pain free ways to reduce unwanted pockets of fat and tighten skin! No surgery and no downtime — book your consultation today !
CRYOSKIN SLIMMING — This cutting edge technology uses specific temperature setting and technique that shocks, freezes and kills stubborn fat cells that don’t seem to budge with diet and exercise. The most popular treatment areas are the lower abdomen, love handles and double chin, but this treatment can also be done on the arms, inner thighs, bra line, and more!
EXILIS ULTRA RADIOFREQUENCY — This monopolar radiofrequency is one of the best treatments out there for stimulating deep collagen & elastin production, rejuvenating and tightening skin. Ideal for the texture concerns that come with aging, or to assist with your aesthetic concerns after pregnancy or weight loss. Exilis also has protocols for fat reduction, depending on your tissue and concerns. The most popular treatment areas are the abdomen, arms, and jawline.
CRYOSKIN TONING — Cold technology that can be used as an alternative or in addition to Exilis treatments to tighten the superficial tissue to help with texture concerns, firming and lifting the area.
LYMPHATIC MASSAGE — Your lymphatic system helps with both digestion and fluid retention in between fat cells, and can definitely play a role in your shape and texture concerns. By including lymphatic massage treatments in your body sculpting sessions, your body’s natural functions will be improved to help you look and feel your best — inside and out!
CELLULITE TREATMENTS — While completely natural and noticed in over 90% of women, it can be hard to embrace cellulite! I typically use a combination of massage techniques, cryotherapy and Exilis to reduce muscle tension, smooth out stubborn fat, and improve texture.
DOUBLE CHIN TREATMENTS — It can be hard, even for us practitioners, to know if your “double chin” is truly fat tissue, or lymphatic back up. A combination of cryotherapy fat reduction and lymphatic drainage techniques will help both! This has become one of my most popular treatment areas with the new prevalence of zoom meetings and social media, we all want to look our best at every angle.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How many sessions will it take to see results?
This will depend on your starting point, goals, and lifestyle. Some clients are happy after just one treatment, some require ten or even more. These non-invasive treatments do rely on your body’s natural functions to work, and following the protocol is necessary to see results. For fat reduction treatments, I typically recommend starting with 3 sessions and making sure we are seeing at least some progress before you invest in additional visits. For texture concerns, consistency and patience is key. I recommend 4-8 weekly visits, and your best results will be 3-6 months after your last session.
Does it work for everybody?
Clinical trials showed that CryoSkin Slimming treatments are effective on about 90% of clients that followed the protocol. Unfortunately this treatment is not magic, and you do need to be in a calorie deficit, drinking lots of water and exercising for these treatments to work. For skin tightening and texture concerns, these treatments work by stimulating collagen production. While one or two treatments are great for preventative aging, a series of 4-8 weekly visits (the treatments build off of one another) are recommended to notice a visible difference.
For all non-invasive procedures, we are striving for improvement, not perfection. If you are determined to completely eliminate your aesthetic concern, cosmetic surgery may be a better fit for you.
How long does it last?
Fat cell death is permanent, but depending on your diet and lifestyle, it is possible to reaccumulate fat in your treatment area. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 3-6 months. Toning and skin tightening results typically last 12-18 months, and maintenance treatments are recommended every 1-3 months.
Does it hurt?
Most of my clients find these treatments comfortable and even relaxing! The extreme cold from cryo treatments can be shocking at first, but typically becomes tolerable within a few minutes. Exilis uses heat, and depending on your sensitivity, might feel a little bit “spicy,” but should never be painful. It feels a little bit like a hot stone massage. With any treatment, we will communicate and you will be instructed to let me know immediately if you are experiencing any pain or severe discomfort.
Is it safe?
With a properly trained practitioner and built-in safety features on the devices, these treatments are low risk and side-effects are extremely rare. Some redness and mild inflammation is common for 1-4 hours after your treatment. We will go over all risks and safety concerns before beginning treatment. Some health conditions make these treatments unsafe, such as active cancer, recent surgeries, and pregnancy, so completing a health intake and signing a waiver is necessary before all treatments.
Is CryoSlimming the same thing as CoolSculpting?
The technology is similar, but the treatments are very different! CoolSculpting uses suction in combination with the cryotherapy, and is a bit more intense on the body — bruising and some temporary mild tissue damage is common. CoolSculpting typically only takes 1-3 treatments to reach desired results, but is more expensive per visit. CryoSkin does not use suction, and most clients find the treatment very comfortable (some even fall asleep!). There is lower risk of tissue damage, but it typically takes more sessions to see desired results. Both treatments work best on healthy, active individuals that are at or close to their goal weight, but with pockets of stubborn fat.
